College Park Center, which opened in February of 2012, represents a dream come true for a generation of alumni, faculty, staff, and community members. Located deep in the heart of downtown Arlington, its location was strategically chosen to help lure both the Arlington community and the nearly 33,000 UT Arlington college students to the revitalized downtown area. College Park Center is home to the WNBA Dallas Wings and the University's men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams, and to numerous high-profile events and entertainment, conferences, and community activities.

The University Center is home to various meeting rooms, ballrooms, entertainment facilities, student services, and dining options. The University of Texas Arlington Health Services is an AAAHC accredited outpatient (ambulatory) facility open Monday through Friday during the academic year. We are here to offer quality health care services to you, our patients. Our goal is to be your first stop on-campus for those times you are not feeling well or have a health care need. We are much more than an aid station. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, lab and x-ray technicians, as well as our administrative staff are here to provide quality health care.
The Honors College is dedicated to creating a challenging academic environment and giving students an enriched school curriculum. Through the Honors College, students are given the opportunity to enroll in multidisciplinary courses, seminars and colloquia, and pursue internship, service learning, and study abroad experiences. We also offer many scholarship opportunities, some of which are exclusive to members of the Honors College.

The Leadership Center hosts events such as the Fall Leadership Retreat, Spring Leadership Institute and the Leaders Learn Speaking Series - open to all UT Arlington students regardless of leadership skills or positions. Students can get involved with the Leadership Center through the Leadership Academy or MavsACT. The Leadership Center also oversees leadership scholarships, CCIR, academic leadership courses and the Leadership Minor and Certificate programs.
Going to college is an important milestone in the lives of students, parents and families. While the majority of our staff’s day-to-day interactions are with students, we recognize that parent and family relationships with their student may be critical to his or her success. The Apartment & Residence Life staff members provide programs and services to help students balance their academic and social lives.
REQUIREMENTS The Diversity Certificate Program will be administered by the School of Social Work and offered to undergraduate students in any major. Participants complete 12 credit hours including one 3 credit hour course in each of the following three diversity domains: 1) Racial and Ethnic Relations, 2) Social and Economic Inequality, and 3) Gender and Sexuality. Students also complete a 3 credit hour capstone course (SOCW 3317 – Human Behaviors and Diverse Populations or MANA 4326 – Diversity in Organizations). In addition,students must attend three co-curricular/experiential learning events and write a brief reflection paper about their experiences in the DCP. Students who successfully complete all requirements will receive a Diversity Certificate of Completion that they can include on their UTA transcript. ELIGIBILITY All majors and all matriculating students with a minimum 2.5 GPA are eligible for the Diversity Certificate Program. However, specific majors may restrict students from pursuing minors and certificates. Students should consult with their major program to make sure that they are eligible to pursue minors and certificates.

The LGBTQA Program is a new initiative hosted by the Division of Student Affairs which is housed in the Multicultural Affairs office. The Program provides quality events and support services dedicated to cultivating a positive campus environment for LGBT students, allies, and others grappling with gender identity issues. The Pride Peers, our student programming team, invite you to attend special activities including, but not limited to, Pride Awareness Week, National Coming including, but not limited to, Pride Awareness Week, National Coming Out Day, an educational workshop series, featuring keynote speakers, gallery exhibits, movie nights, mixers, and more.
