We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is brand new (purchased Fall '09), spacious (2200 sq ft) and in '12, this will be its third summer. Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house. Parking under the house. It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk. We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor. If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Cute story-How we got the name for our beach house: While on a family vacation with our children and grandchildren, our grandson, Jacob (3 yrs. old at the time), kept striking a pose. We asked him, “What are you doing?” He said, “I'm doing the mango.” We thought he was doing a new dance. He would bend over, hold up one leg and back up. So we all starting doing the mango with him. As we were packing up, he told us he wanted to say good bye to the mango. Curiously, we followed him to the front porch where he waved goodbye to a garden statue FLAMINGO! So, each time we go to the beach house, we all get together and do “the mango”.
This cozy little nest is inside Oceanside Village near the ocean at Myrtle Beach. It can accommodate a family or group of friends (7) any time of the year. You’ll be away on vacation – but with all the comforts of home.
