Beltshazzar Jewels is an exquisite assortment of handmade jewelry and leather accessories by Theresa Wangia. The organic evolution of Beltshazzar Jewels can be traced back to Theresa’s world travels, multi-cultural heritage, love of nature, and her passionate appreciation of fashion, music and style. Fashioning its designs primarily from natural elements, Beltshazzar Jewels harmoniously creates a unique reflection of the cultural and environmental beauty, not only around, but also, within us. Inspired by native tribes, urban landscapes, and sheer elegance, Theresa combines a love for mixing various elements, textures, and colors, with a deliberate attention to detail. This is what fuels her creative process. Theresa’s great grandfather migrated to the States from Germany to open a cobbler shop and made leather moccasins for the native Indians. He also designed fifteen pairs of Buffalo Bill's infamous leather boots. Theresa’s Grandmother was part Blackfoot Indian so Theresa’s free-spirit designs often have tribal undertones, with urban punctuation. Theresa incorporates a mixture of various elements and mediums to accentuate her designs. Her traditional methods of working with materials are inspired by those used by tribal people from the Amazon, Kenya, and Papua New Guinea. Seeing the intricate, quality craftsmanship of her work, it is no wonder why Theresa was recognized as one of the top three RAW Artists accessory designers in the city of St. Louis. Her one of a kind designs can be found in local boutiques in St. Louis, Chicago, & Los Angeles.
The Harmony Apartments are three locations in South St Louis, providing a variety of affordable, clean, well managed one bedroom apartments. Harmony Terrace is located at Salena and Broadway, near the recently restored Firehouse, in South St Louis. Harmony West is located at the corner of Illinois and Broadway. Harmony Court is on Meramec near Gustine in South St Louis. Harmony Terrace is 1960's era buildings featuring new roofs, new insulated windows and many updates. Harmony West is also 1960's era buildings featuring many upgrades. Harmony Court is an older, classic style building with architectural details and woodwork. Appliances include stove (electric), refrigerator, air conditioning and central heat. Recently renovated units feature new hardwood or carpeted floors. Ample on-street parking at Harmony Court, off-street parking at Harmony Terrace and Harmony Court. Garages are available at Harmony Court. On-site management means a quiet and well-maintained community. Close to public transportation and shopping, near major highways.
