HVAC Pub, (www.hvacpub.com) a new pizza pub and live music venue, had a grand slam opening on MLB Opening Day, April 5, 2015. Restauranteur Adolfo Garcia (Pearl Tavern and Son Of A Butcher), and the hospitality group represented by Carmen Rossi (Hubbard Inn, Barn & Company, and Pomp & Circumstance), are pleased to announce that they have joined forces for this Wrigleyville project located at 3530 N. Clark Street. "2015 is going to be a landmark year for the north side of Chicago," said Garcia. "For the first time in almost a century, Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs are undergoing major changes and reform. The popular stretch of Clark Street is also going through modernization for a full rebrand and buildout. We are excited to be a part of the neighborhood’s transformation, and to introduce this craft pizza pub concept." Located one block south of Addison St., includes an open pizza kitchen, outdoor patio, and live music stage with state-of-the-art equipment is already well underway. HVAC Pub plans to offer what they have coined as “All-American style” pizza, characterized by large slices, thin crispy crust, and fresh ingredients such as premium flour imported from Italy, locally sourced and house-made sauces and toppings. “Without labeling it Chicago-, New York- or Brooklyn-style, it's simply thin crust pizza done exceptionally well,” he says. The chef-driven pizza menu features both red and white varieties, with original recipes such as the “Graceland” (slow roasted pulled pork, smoed gouda, and BBQ sauce) and the "House Slice" (fresh sausage and capicola, topped with arugula lightly tossed in lemon juice and olive oil). In addition to pizza, Heating & Cooling offers a small selection of appetizers and salads, and large selection of can and draft beers. The concept for HVAC Pub is a combination of Adolfo's love of café racers and Carmen’s passion for vinyl music and the recording era. The “café racer culture” developed among European motorcycle enthusiasts of the early 1960s, where the bikes were used for short, quick rides between cafés. Inspiration for the interior design was sparked by the unique culture and the talented musicians and artists that cultivated it in America like Steve McQueen, Marlon Brando, and Bob Dylan. Contributing to the decor with his original photography is legendary music photographer and Chicago native, Paul Natkin. Starting in the mid-70s, Natkin traveled the world capturing photos of rock icons in their early careers including Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Prince, David Bowie and many more. The north side of Chicago has long been known for it's live music venues and the musical icons it has drawn to the city. The interior design and overall vibe at HVAC Pub pays homage to that tradition and ensure it's continued allure for years to come. Hours of operation are Sunday - Friday 11 a.m. - 2 a.m.; Saturdays 11 a.m. - 3 a.m.

Apart from mandatory brand attributes and elements, web design demands its own set of specific requirements:
