My name is Michelle Harney an I am an LMT. I studied massage therapy at Sanford Brown in St. Peters Missouri. I have had a broad range of experience over 3 years with many different types of clients. Each body is uniquely different and needs to be treated with such care. Not all therapist are created equal. I specialize in sports therapy. A large majority of my clients are bodybuilding competitors of various classes as well as some cross fitters. Massage therapy is not thought of as a luxury but as a necessity to these athletes. Massage therapy has proven to cut recovery time in half and to stimulate new muscle growth. I stretch all my clients with their own individualized treatment. Stretching is imperative to muscle recovery and most athletes realize the value of a good stretch before and after a good workout.
