Metropolis at Dadeland is a pair of skyscraper condos in the Dadeland neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. Metropolis at Dadeland consists of two near identical residential towers, Metropolis One and Metropolis Two. The towers provide retail and dining space on the street level, while the remaining floors are residential condo units. Specifically, floors two though seven are loft style units surrounding nine floors of parking. Floors eight through twenty-six are condo units and Penthouse units at the top. Floor eight contains most of the buildings amenities such as two pools, his and her saunas, library/work center, fitness center, club room with pool tables, and a Jacuzzi. Both towers stand at a height (architectural) of 313.58 ft.Construction took three years (2003-2006) to complete both towers. Toscano is a group of residential condos in the Dadeland neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. Toscano consists of two connected residential structures; Toscano North Tower, a low-rise building and Toscano South Tower, a high rise tower to the south. The south tower is 280 ft tall with retail space at street level and also contains the main lobby for both buildings. The street level of the north tower consist almost entirely of retail space currently occupied by Rooms To Go. The remaining six floors are exclusively residential condo units. Construction took three years to complete both buildings. The north tower was completed in 2006 and the south tower was completed in 2007.

He studied at Glendale College from 1978 through 1979, and graduated from University of Southern California (USC) in 1982. He spent his summers, during his four years of college, working in the family business. In 1978, the Brown family contracted with the City of Hollywood to rebuild the Hollywood sign. This was also the first full summer that Mr. Brown spent working on billboards and signs. During his final semester at USC, he interned for Senator Howard Baker in Washington, DC. The Brown family has been in the Out-Of-Home industry for three generations, owning Pacific Outdoor and Delta Displays. Pacific Outdoor eventually became a part of Gannett Outdoor, now known as CBS Outdoor. Delta Displays was purchased by Patrick Media in the mid-1990s; Patrick Media is known now as Clear Channel Outdoor. Mr. Brown, the President, founded Delta Outdoor Sales, Inc. in November 1983 to sell Hispanic outdoor in the United States. The company remains in business today as Delta Media, Inc. to service General Market and Multicultural agencies and clients with all types of Out-of-Home to reach their targeted audience. Rudy Ferrer, President and COO of Delta Media, Inc., was born in Matanzas, Cuba in 1954. Rudy arrived in the United States in 1966 with his family. Always attending schools in the Miami area, he graduated from Miami Senior High School in 1973. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU) in 1983. His first job in the Out-of-Home industry was as an account executive at TDI in 1983. In 1987, Mr. Ferrer was named Sales Manager of Hancock Outdoor in Miami. He was named Marketing Director for the West Coast at Shelter Advertising of America, Inc. in 1990. When Shelter Advertising of America, Inc. was purchased by Patrick Media Group, he was promoted to Director of Hispanic Marketing. Mr. Brown and Mr. Ferrer became partners in January 1995 and opened an office in Miami. At the same time, Delta International Outdoor Sales, Inc. (a Florida Corporation) was created to provide the same services to clients interested in purchasing Out-of-Home in the United States, Caribbean, and Latin America. With offices in Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Parker, with service offices in Atlanta and Chicago, Delta ‘s Professionals are always ready to assist our clients with all their Out-of-Home needs in the United States and Latin America.
