"Never a cover, great food and drinks, a deftly curated live music calendar (free and all ages, seven nights a week), and a persistent clientele that oozes the exciting cosmopolitan dreamer vibe that your momma warned you about when you took up that philosophy degree, heightened by too much Bali Shag and espresso. The totality of the experience along with the consistently high quality of performances make this the venue to beat for free live music in SF." - All Shook Down blog 6/28/12

The story of FRONT begins with the space it inhabits. A former industrial loading dock, FRONT is literally the front of an eclectic studio that produces commercial film work, services corporate clients and even houses a robotics company. It's little wonder that our obsession with making, building, testing and perfecting eventually expanded into the kitchen as well. FRONT is a tasting workshop. A destination for purists, artists and designers seeking to reinterpret traditional methods while elevating ingredient and processes. We approach everything we make and taste with precision, invention and curiosity.

This is my personal page to describe this fantastic & affordable workout I found right here in the Mission. It is all-ages boxing class for beginners and intermediate men or women or teens 14 & up. This two-hour class that includes cardiovascular training, flexibility, high and low abdominal training, stretching and basic boxing moves: proper punching, movement, balance, & blocking. Included is everything you need to get a balanced workout. http://youtu.be/2Exek8TLKxI The class is instructed by health and fitness professionals from the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, with a focus on proper form, health and safety. You will learn about boxing basics, agility, and technique. Don't worry about fighting or being hit; that will come later. I took this class to add variety to my marathon training, and I know it contributed to completing my first marathon at Lake Tahoe-at 6000 feet above sea level.
What we do... Guerrilla Management is a full service Artist management company specializing in the music business. We advise and put together the teams for talented people that want successful strategies, achieve goals, work hard, play hard and want to make a positive difference in the world. We also produce and handle logistics for award winning films & music videos, large scale festivals, themed special events and pretty much can figure out whatever else a client wants to achieve (within reason) and if we can’t we probably know someone who can. Catherine Enny is our founder. Her career kicked off in the early '90's when she developed, engineered and produced numerous Orange County garage and punk bands you have never heard of. In 1991, she produced a young rock group out of Palm Desert, CA, called Kyuss managed and signed them to Chameleon/Elektra Records. Her forward venture in management resulted in signing Queens Of The Stone Age (Interscope), Monster Magnet (A & M), Fu Manchu (Mammoth), The Dwarves (Sub Pop), Sean Yseault of White Zombie & Famous Monsters. Then in 1999 a move from Los Angeles to San Francisco brought on a whole new spin into the hip hop and political world with the signing of Michael Franti & Spearhead (Capito/EMI). Her industry roots also include a long stint in the Restless Records Marketing Dept and onward a co-venture working with Warren Entner Management (Rage Against The Machine, Quiet Riot, L7, Deftones) they founded Ignition Marketing, one of the premiere ''guerrilla marketing/street promotions' companies to break emerging artists and established touring artists, including NIN, Marilyn Manson, Weezer, Jimmy Eat World, No Doubt and many more Interscope, Sony, Warners and Universal artists. With Michael Franti & Spearhead, Guerrilla Management breaks ground in developing an 'enterprise approach' to the marketing of their lifestyle via DIY Mechandising, Music Videos, Digital Promotions, Filmmaking, Green Sponsorships, Community Building based on what they like to experience in life and taste. Franti and Guerrilla also produce a large scale free concert and festival in Golden Gate Park, SF, for the last 12 yrs called "POWER TO THE PEACEFUL", drawing an audience of over 80,000 people; produced an Award Winning full-length feature film titled 'I Know I'm Not Alone' based on Franti's journey into the war zones of IRAQ, ISRAEL & PALESTINE; developed a merch company that practices sustainability, free trade and profitability for its artists'; produces special events globally in the name of social justice and peace through music and action. The 'enterprise approach' of looking at the Artist's career as more than the music by holding successful business, personal and creative integrity executed by hard work, hard play and a healthy balance is the Guerrilla ethic!
