For over a decade, Modesto Tapas Bar and Restaurant has become the choice Spanish restaurant in St. Louis. Set on the Hill, Modesto's intimate and lively setting makes it one of St. Louis' most popular destinations for small groups as well as intimate dinners for two.
From our extensive Spanish wine list to our olive oils and cheeses, everything we serve is crafted to allow you to experience the genuine taste of Spain. Our menu boasts traditional Spanish dishes like Tortilla Española and Paella Mixta as well as more contemporary fare like our Tocino con Salsa de Sarsamora, braised pork belly with blackberry sauce, and our Langosta Frita, a fried lobster tail served with chimichurri.
At Modesto, it is our absolute goal to deliver the experience of the true social essence of tapas: to eat, drink and share with your friends and family.

Gaslight Lounge is a new, unique venue focused on music and art in St. Louis. Gaslight Lounge is the first of its kind—a space that will provide music lovers with “behind-the-scenes” access to the creative process of audio and visual documentation of musical performance. The venue (located at 4916 Shaw Ave., St. Louis, on The Hill) will house a recording studio, a bar and lounge area, and a walk-up food counter from the popular Cha Cha Chow food truck.
Patrons of Gaslight will be able to view and listen to a musical performance as it is being recorded in a professional studio setting. A floor-to-ceiling window on one wall of the performance area/studio will allow unlimited visibility of the recording process. The building will also be outfitted with cutting-edge audio and visual equipment to provide a live feed to the action in the studio.
The venue is now booking local, regional, and national artists to be among the first to experience Gaslight’s visionary approach to recording musical performances. Spots are also available for youth and high-school music groups and “rock schools” that want to document their songs and performances while parents and classmates take in the music.
Gaslight Lounge is brimming with possibilities for musical and artistic expression and appreciation. And the grand opening in Fall 2015 is only the beginning of a musical experience that St. Louis—and rest of the world—has never had access to before.
Boom was started in late 2008 as Social Media really began to take over. We started as just a web design company, but quickly learned that our clients wanted us to update their sites for them. All the time. So we did. As facebook released their “pages” and apps along with twitter and others, the need for content was everywhere. We had already been shooting videos for our clients, taking photos, and writing articles and updates. That’s right, we were content-focused before being content-focused was cool.
