I strive to make quality kolaches where every bite counts. I am a native Houstonians that wants to provide a better kolache than what I grew up on, and have created a menu with over 100 different flavored kolaches. I don't want you to bite into excess dough, or wish you had more cheese, or even have to search for a jalapeno. I want you to have all ingredients consistently in every bite. I bake sweet dough from scratch daily and take pride in all of my kolache creations. From the local farmers markets, and Texas Venison, to the Elk in the Rockies. Kolache Man caters and deliver to the greater Houston area. I have designed an eco-friendly tricycle food cart that has recently been launched.
