Working off the success of Siena Tavern, the latest opening for DineAmic Group is Bar Siena, located in the heart of the up and coming restaurant row of Chicago's West Loop. The two-story, 8,000-square-foot spin-off concept offers a slightly smaller menu than Siena Tavern and rotates more frequently as it focuses on spanning various regions of Italy. The menu also features a more expansive Italian street food and pizza bar component. You can expect a bustling bar vibe upon entrance and a dining scene on the second floor, both connecting in energy and liveliness throughout.
Standing proudly at the heart of Chicago's trendy West Loop meatpacking district, Packing House brings sophistication to the things that give us comfort. The Packing House focus is on making both diners and drinkers feel at home with a gourmet spin on American classic dishes, and an ever-changing selection of beers and spirits from local breweries and distilleries. Inspired by the 1980s NYC art scene and the Wynwood Walls in Miami, Fulton Market Kitchen offers guests the rare opportunity to enjoy dining, drinking, and the work of incredible artists in a single, truly unique setting. Two expansive bars are helmed by award-winning beverage maven Jess Keane. Representing one of the West Loop’s most innovative beverage programs, Jess' balanced craft cocktails are composed with freshly-pressed juices, herbs sourced daily and spirits pulled from a carefully curated back bar. The menu features a perpetually changing list of House Cocktails, the “Art of the Old Fashioned”, large format “Cocktails as Big as Your Head”, seasonal artisanal beers and wines from small growers around the world. As a restaurant and cocktail bar whose spirit is inspired by art and innovation, Fulton Market Kitchen rotates its various collections regularly and hosts a weekly art series, “5x5”, where customers get a behind-the-scenes look at the live creation of artwork by acclaimed Chicago artists.
Located next door, Private Dining by Sepia is warm, inviting and stylish, the perfect backdrop to the inventive seasonal American cuisine created by Executive Chef Andrew Zimmerman. One floor below, a resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy has been completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and high, dramatic ceilings. The firm believes that the very best ideas are useless unless they can be manifest in built form. All of Brininstool + Lynch’s earliest projects were, in fact, designed and built by the firm – allowing for a practical ability to achieve successful building projects even as the scale of the firm’s projects has grown. On average, the staff has been with the firm for more than ten years; in a studio environment, that sense of intimacy has a powerful impact on the product being produced. The cumulative shared expertise and wealth of knowledge allow for the development of big ideas, with the experience to know – almost instantly - if a design will be affordable, constructible and functional, and, most importantly, if it will sustain its relevance over time. Throughout Brininstool + Lynch’s evolution, the range of projects has become larger and more diverse, but the commitment to developing a functional approach to design remains steadfast. As a matter of principle and practicality, the integration of sustainable-building practices into projects since the firm’s inception has been key. Since its founding, Brininstool + Lynch has completed more than one hundred building projects, representing more than seven million square feet of built work in excess of $1 billion of construction value. Brininstool + Lynch is the recipient of twenty-four Design Excellence Awards from the American Institute of Architects and two American Architecture Awards, and has been honored as an Emerging Voice in architecture by the Architectural League of New York.
