At CrossFit Moxie you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. You would never bicep curl your child to pick them up, so why would you do it in the gym? We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities. At CrossFit Moxie you will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Chrome Fit is a spacious, by-appointment, private gym where personal trainers have the opportunity to achieve success owning and operating their independent personal fitness businesses. Independent trainers set their own rates and schedules; however, unlike the traditional arrangement, here, personal trainers receive a stream of client referrals and business support so they can focus on what matters most: getting their clients in the best shape of their lives. Our training floors are outfitted for personal trainers with the desire and credentials to provide high-quality functional, strength, power, weight loss, corrective, weightlifting, sport performance and body weight styles of training and for clients that prefer to train in a private personal training gym alongside other personal training clients and their trainers. We do not sell gym memberships at Chrome Fit, our training floors are exclusively for personal trainers and their clients. Clients can expect that in addition to personal training, some independent trainers offer semi-private personal training such as strength and conditioning focused sessions and specialty services including indoor rowing and boxing. All personal training is custom-engineered to meet the individual goals of our clients.
