Gateway Science Academy of St. Louis (GSA) was created in 2010 as a tuition free college preparatory school in St. Louis designed to address the regional shift from a manufacturing economic base to a technology-based future. GSA provides an innovative, standards-based curriculum with an emphasis on math, science and technology.

The FRESH Greens Garden began in the early spring of 2011 after receiving a Fontbonne Community Connection (FCC) grant. Major work began in the fall of 2012 and spring 0f 2013 for a bountiful harvest. During the summer, the produce is used for Camp FRESH; Once camp is over, Fontbonne students are welcome to pick produce.
