Monkey Town ran in New York City from 2003 - 2013, as the first experimental immersive video cinema + dining installation. Monkey Town 4 ran in Denver in spring 2014; followed by Monkey Town 5 in Barcelona in spring 2015; and Austin, TX, through February 2016.

DOLPHIN and HAWK was formed on the premise to help the environment and spread the arts and culture in any way possible. In California, the state with a huge diversity of endangered and rare species, we are involved in green projects and support the preservation of the environment through fundraising, art sales, real estate transactions, and awareness.. Dolphins are known as the biggest friends to humans in the marine world. They are heroes, described in many stories of saving people that were drowning or had been attacked by sharks. They are intelligent and very easy to love. Many stories from Greek mythology describe dolphins as sacred animals. California is the state where you can see these beautiful beings and communicate to them. Hawks are the messengers, independent and wise. Their incredible vision makes them superior and admirable. Many hawk totems are symbols for the power of observation, seeing from a higher perspective. They are focused and they achieve what they want. When you see these birds in the mountains of California, you know that you are living in a very beautiful, clean and nature oriented place. We are big supporters of San Diego Abstract Artists. While having an art gallery in La Jolla we focus on discovering emerging artists living primarily in San Diego. Local undiscovered artists in San Diego have a direct voice with our gallery and exhibit events usually twice a month. The main difference between our approach and other galleries is that instead of making a living off of the fame of an established artist, we cultivate the careers of emerging and undiscovered talent. We go deep into the outskirts of the city,the farming and desert lands of California, to find the artists carving out their destinies and bring them to the forefront of the gleaming public art-eye. San Diego has only a few REAL galleries in this vein. Most of what we see in SD is Art shops, artists-pay-for-hanging shops, Art hanging in cafes, Beach art, Tourist art, print shops, art-profiteers and so on... There is rarely a Gallery that seeks to find artists living in San Diego and show them on their walls. Most Galleries want "New York Art" or artists that already have a bloated cv. We want to revitalize the San Diego art scene. San Diego Arts has been on the downslope as the art galleries in La Jolla and the city have been closing up shop because of high rents and the wrong marketing. Galleries that have been selling Picasso Lithographs/Serigraphs/Prints and so forth are closing for good, because people can buy the same art on the internet. The Galleries are not concerned with artist cultivation, arts and culture revitalization. They are just looking to make a buck. Jim Kapsalis has been an Art Broker for over ten years and also founded the Los Angeles Contemporary Art Space LMLA. With the D&H space, Co-Owner Tasha Zogo's plan was to combine the sale of art for the purpose of helping unknown artists get a chance at stardom, revitalize the dying arts of the city and to give back to environmental causes and local charities. We are looking for Post-Modern Artist, conceptual artists and artists that push the boundaries to go beyond the norm and to start art movements.

iLA Designs & Production is an applied arts studio focused on re-introduction of classic fresco into contemporary aesthetics. iLA Designs & Production provides designers, architects, collectors, and the public with professional resources in applied arts. Our unique specialty, in addition to classic murals and trompe l'oeil, is BUON FRESCO, or TRUE FRESCO, the oldest and most celebrated painting technique. True fresco is 100% green, a pure organic medium with zero VOC; all elements come from the earth. Our plaster is made of marble lime putty and sand, our pigments are prepared from naturally colored minerals and clays. As the wet plaster absorbs the natural paint and reacts with the air, the pigments FUSE permanently with the cured plaster, leaving works of art that will remain intact for millennia. The exterior, as well as the interior walls of Pompeii, and Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling are well-known examples of this buon fresco process. Our expertise in buon fresco, the foundation of applied arts, enables our company to deliver natural finishes, plasters, and elements of décor without using modern faux finishing acrylic and oil surface substitutes. We refine classic, centuries-old techniques to seamlessly integrate with sophisticated contemporary aesthetics, reflecting the individual client’s personal taste, style and knowledge of authentic finishes. In addition to creating fresco paintings, we provide art direction, management, implementation and installation architectural and interior décor elements as well as restoration. Our team of hand-picked artists certified by the Fresco School (www.frescoschool.org) has completed numerous projects with true buon fresco décor in many private residences. Our commercial projects include Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, Governor’s Ball decor at the 73rd and 76th Academy Awards, and the 50th Emmy Awards. The Exposition Park Rose Garden is a historic 7acre sunken garden located in Exposition Park in Los Angeles, California. It has been called "one of the city's best-kept secrets". It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.Establishment of the rose gardenFrom 1871 to 1911, the site of the rose garden was part of the city's Agricultural Park. The rose garden area was then used for horse, camel, dog, and later automobile racing; it also reportedly housed the city's longest bar and "one of its most stylish brothels." In 1914, the city announced plans to construct a wildflower garden at the park, but the rose garden was not built until 1927 with the planting of 15,000 bushes of more than 100 varieties. When the garden was announced, the Los Angeles Times applauded the project: "No more fitting tribute could be paid to the spirit of Southern California than to erect in the center of her largest city the greatest rose garden in the world." During the Great Depression, the lack of funding threatened the closure of the rose garden, then described as "the largest rose garden in the world."Boldsen statuesIn 1936, four large marble statues by Danish sculptor Thyra Boldsen were installed on pedestals at the four corners of the garden. The statues were titled "Nymph Finding Pipes of Pan," "The Blessing" (dedicated to the mothers of the world), "The Start" (awarded first prize by the Danish Academy of Fine Arts), and "Terpsichore" (or "Melody of Life"). The sculptor explained her intent with the statues this way: "In conceiving and executing these four figures dedicated to womanhood and motherhood, I have had in mind that men for centuries have erected statues symbolizing bravery—these symbolize love, life and joy."
