Stop in this West Loop saloon for a cold beer and a Southern-tinged eats. A fieldstone-lined fireplace, wood-paneled walls and tables fashioned from whiskey barrels all give a healthy nod toward the bar's country roots. It's named after The Legend of the CrossRoads, which tells the story of a Mississippi Delta blues man who sells his soul at midnight; in fact, you'll find the scene depicted in a mural behind the bar. Take over the boxcar lounge for your private party or event. Going to see the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks or another United Center event? Take the FREE shuttle to/from the venue!
The Ogden is your go to spot before and after all United Center events. We feature the best craft beers from Chicago and the US. Our food is always fresh and never frozen.
Come to the Jefferson Tap and find out why we are a neighborhood favorite. Located in the West Loop/Fulton River District. We are a late night bar featuring great food, drinks, and the occasional dance party.

After serving in Vietnam and graduating from Parsons School of Design in 1970 and apprenticing in architectural firms in New York, Jerusalem and Chicago, Jerome Eastman opened his own Interior Design studio in Chicago in 1975. The new studio included a wide spectrum of design disciplines, from office, retail and residential to furniture and hospitality, ultimately focusing on restaurant and club house development. In 1988, Eastman became excited about a new trend in the industry and developed one of the first brew pubs in Chicago, “Tap & Growler”. After winning Gold and Silver medals at the “Great American Beer Festival” in Denver, it was back to concept development in the design business, helping others succeed. In addition to spending 10 years teaching a design class at Harrington Institute of Design and five years as a founding Director of the Board of Harrington, Eastman continues to help his clients with landmark solutions that endure in the market place.
