He pledges to his guests that every cocktail is created from scratch with deliberation, care, and craft. Maison Tavern's menu is a high-end gourmet pub cuisine. Head chef Bryan Ogden—son of accomplished restaurateur Bradley Ogden—continues the family tradition of supporting local farmers and food producers with a bill of fare culled from regional and organic produce. Like a hand-me-down sweater knit from platinum chains, each item on the menu unites a cozy familiarity with an upper-crust aesthetic, as in veal and pork meatball subs served on rich brioche buns or flatbreads topped with braised pork shoulder and tangy barbecue sauce.

Aston Manor is the place where the liquor runs pure and the entertainment is decidedly not. We cater to a smart dressed 21+ crowd every Friday & Saturday evening at 10pm. We bring in some of the nation's best talent to spin an eclectic mix of Hip-hop, Top 40, EDM, and Trap music.

Located in the heart of pioneer square in the scientific building is a unique little craft cocktail bar we like to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy is in the lower street level of the building and is a part of temple billiards. Its décor will take you back to 1960’s palm springs when people socialized with a tasty martini or craft cocktail in hand. The ambiance is relaxing, the music is never too loud, and the drinks are always tasty. The pharmacy uses top quality spirits, liqueurs and ingredients in each cocktail.

Box House is a fun and innovative country sports bar replacing the historical Last Supper Club. Keeping the spirit of old Seattle alive, Seattle’s pubs and saloons of the Pioneer Square area in the late 1800’s were commonly referred to as “Box Houses”. The 7,500 square foot space features new custom furnishings, an inviting wrap-around bar on the main level with convenient purse hooks and outlets to charge your electronic devices, and a VIP mezzanine with its own private bar. In keeping with the country spirit, our menu features tasty BBQ, Tex-Mex and Traditional American fare. Whatever your taste buds are craving, we’ve got you covered!
