This studio is all heart- real yoga for real people, who want real results. The teachers are the best you will find. TapouT Training Center aka TapouT LA is Los Angeles's premier MMA training facility. We are a 10,000sqf gym with a full regulation octagon cage, huge grappling area with fenced in walls, regulation boxing ring, full Muay Thai heavy bag system, full weight and cardio room, locker rooms with showers and lockers, as well as a full sport shop. We are also the headquarters for 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu with legendary Jiu Jitsu coach Eddie Bravo. Our Muay Thai specialist is 5x world champion and Black Belt Hall of Famer Kathy Long. We have teach many different styles such as MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Capoeira, Judo, Strength and Conditioning, Cross Fit type classes, Muay Thai, and kids classes. We are a full contact gym however there is many classes that are non-contact for those who wish to only hit the pads and bags. Kids age limit is 5 years old.

SpeedX Bag Unique to Krav Maga Unyted, SpeedX Bag combines the best aspects of SpeedX, an intense cardio and strength program, with Krav Maga and boxing bag techniques, to provide a calorie burning fitness experience. This fast paced 60minute class provides 3540 minutes of MMAfight-inspired punching and kickboxing, combined with bodyweight movements and strength training utilizing kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells. Student athletes are trained in techniques from MMA, cardio kickboxing, Muay Thai, traditional boxing, and Krav Maga, with an emphasis on speed and constant movement. Students enjoy an intense one hour workout to great music and energy, and burn between 600 to 1,000 calories per session. No shoes allowed in class for safety and striking effectiveness. Unyted Fight Club Krav Maga Unyted offers a comprehensive fighting and sparring program that allows you to use your Krav Maga skills against other students and instructors in simulated attack situations.

777 Tower is a 221m, 52-story skyscraper designed by César Pelli in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles, California.Developed in 1991 by South Figueroa Plaza Associates, the building contains approximately 1025000sqft and a three-story Italian marble lobby. The exterior is clad with sculpted white metal and glass. The tower is adjacent to the 7+Fig Shopping Center and was purchased from Maguire Properties by owner, Brookfield Office Properties.
