Gypsy Muse Studio is an art studio, artisan gallery, creative classroom and unique retail experience. The studio has an active workspace for twin sisters, artists and owners, Sharen Chatterton and Karen Rester. Visitors are welcome to come and watch the creative process, as new pieces come to life. Gypsy Muse Studio provides a creative atmosphere and space for art classes, workshops and opportunities for people in the community to relax and create. Classes are small and intimate, no more than ten students maximum. Classes are taught on a variety of creative topics, such as mixed media, visual journaling, fiber art, acrylics, watercolors, drawing and so much more. The shop will also host visiting artists and artisans teaching unique workshops in other creative areas. Being Creative is a choice; everyone is creative, they just have to put themselves in an environment that sets them free to be their own unique creative self. Welcome to Umbra Winery, our tasting room in Grapevine Texas. Owner John Wilson, a chemical engineer by education, purchased the winery in 2013 and has set about creating a new vision, one that blends the art of wine making with the science of it. The Umbra logo was birthed from that concept. The tasting room has a distinctive European flair, influenced by Wilson's exposure to Italy through his wife Debbie who grew up in Europe. Wine is a way of life there, something that brings friends and family together on a daily basis. We hope we can bring a taste of that to you here at Umbra. Cheers!
