The complex consists of a 42-story North Tower, which was completed in 2005, a 46-story South Tower built in 2007, and a central plaza between both towers, containing a restaurant, riverfront promenade, and complex amenities. The North Tower took 31 months to build, as construction began in December 2003, and was completed in July 2006. The North Tower's official height is 423 feet while the South Tower sits at 482 feet. The address is 31 SE 5th Street for the North Tower and 41 SE 5th Street for the South Tower. Wind Tower is a skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in early 2008. It is located adjacent to the River Front East complex, on the north bank of the Miami River in Downtown. The building is located on Southwest 3rd Street and Miami Avenue. It is 501 ft (153 m) tall and has 41 floors. Floors 1-8 are used for parking, while floor 10 houses the building's recreation center, consisting of a pool area, racquetball court and fitness facility. The residential lobby is on the first floor. Floors 11-41 are used for residential units. The architect is Revuelta Vega Leon, who also designed the River Front East complex.
500 Brickell is a residential complex in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of two condominium towers, 500 Brickell West Tower and 500 Brickell East Tower. The two buildings were designed as twin towers, and rise 426 feet (130 meters), with 42 floors. Both skyscrapers were designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm, and the complex was developed by Thomas Kramer's Portofino Group in partnership with the Related Group of Florida. The towers' construction began in April 2005, was topped out in mid-2007 and was completed in 2008. From 2012 to 2014 a smaller building named myBrickell was built directly to the west of 500 Brickell, on the same lot. It was the first high-rise building built in Miami after the Great Recession, and sold out in 2014.Design500 Brickell was originally designed to emulate a giant arch. Both towers are connected by a 10-story base, and the top floors of the two towers are also connected by a large white roof. The roof was designed with a circular hole to direct light into the courtyard formed between the two buildings, in which a large pool will be located.
The Loft 2 is a residential skyscraper in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It is part of the complex "Loft Miami", which includes the shorter "The Loft" and "The Loft 3", which was cancelled. The building was completed in 2007. It is 433 ft (144 m) tall, and contains 36 floors. The complex is located at NE 2nd Street and NE 2nd Avenue, two blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard. The First Street Metromover Station passes through the Loft 2 building. This made construction especially difficult, as metro train service could not be delayed during construction. Retail occupies the bottom floor, while floors 2-36 are residential lofts and condominiums. The Loft 2 has 496 units which sold out in two and a half days.The Loft 2 is one of the few buildings in Miami that has its pool on the roof. The gymnasium for the residents is also on the roof, located in a glass enclosure overlooking the northern part of downtown and Biscayne Bay.
50 Biscayne is a fifty-seven story skyscraper condo in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the Biscayne Bay.The tower is 554ft tall and contains upscale commercial space at street level, such as Safi and D'Oro Caffe. The tower's main lobby consists of three stories, followed by the Park Suites, which are condos customly furnished by the Rockwell Group, on floors 4 through 9. The two-story tenth and twelfth floors contain hotel-esque amenities available to the tower's residents. Ascending floors contain all condos.The tower's architecture is based on the Miami Modern (abbreviated as MiMo) style, and has many design features that pay tribute to landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx's emphasis on natural aesthetics seen along the bay. The site where 50 Biscayne stands today was formerly home to the Columbus Bazaar, a shopping mall which replaced The Hotel McAllister and the Columbus Hotel in a quick fix effort to reutilize the land when both establishments closed for business. The McAllister Hotel was considered one of the city's earliest high-rises when constructed in 1917, while the taller Columbus Hotel sported a top story restaurant (called Top O' The Columbus) and retail arcade.
The Riverfront is an urban development in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The complex is located on the north bank of the Miami River in Miami's Central Business District. The complex contains three main towers, "Mint" and "The Ivy" and "Wind." The taller of the three, Mint, is currently the 6th-tallest building in Miami and Florida. It has 55 floors and rises 631ft.The Ivy opened in July, 2008. This tower is 512ft tall, and rises 45 floors. Ivy and Mint are developed by Key International. The third tower, Wind, was developed by Neo. "Wind," is a 45-story of 533ft, was approved in 2006 by the city council of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration, is the third tower in the complex. Construction began in 2007 and the tower was completed 2009."Cima" tower was proposed for the southeast corner of the Riverfront Complex but was never built. It was proposed to begin in 2006 and be completed by 2008. The tower was proposed to have 471 residential units with a height of 52 floors.The final phase of the development was supposed to be Riverfront Phase IV, a 334ft, 22-story building which would have been located to the west of the three towers. The Riverfront Retail Center was proposed to connect the buildings at the lower floors and was to be dedicated to retail. The towers were to be used for condominiums, apartments, and office space. The Miami Riverwalk and the Riverwalk Metro Station would have been incorporated into the development. The complex is bordered by Southwest 3rd Street to the north, the Miami River to the south, Southwest 1st Avenue to the east, and Southwest 4th Avenue to the west. It is served by the Riverwalk and Miami Avenue Metromover stations, which connect to the Metrorail at Government Center and Brickell stations. The architect is Revuelta Vega Leon.

Foi projetada pela Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, que também projetou a US Bank Tower em Los Angeles, a torre é constituída por duas estruturas separadas.Os projetos para a construção começaram em 1980 e a primeira etapa foi concluída em 1983. Em Agosto de 1984 um alarme de incêndio disparou no 9º andar trazendo pânico na construção e as obras tiveram de ser adiadas por várias semanas.
