Jamie is the founder, one of the owners, and a personal trainer at Precision Fitness and Spa. He brings over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry to Precision Fitness & Spa. He holds an Associate’s Degree from Forest Park Community College, is CPR certified, and is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. His areas of expertise include targeted weight loss, injury rehab, competition preparation, modeling preparation, as well as interval and functional training. Jamie was introduced to weightlifting by his father at an early age as a young athlete and enjoyed a 22 year ice hockey career. He has competed in Mr. Missouri (2007-08), NPC Midwest (2008-09) and Muscle Mayhem (2010). His professional experience includes stints with Bally’s Total Fitness, Gold’s Dynamic Fitness Management (which became Club Fitness), and Fitness Together, elevating his career as not only a trainer himself, but as a well-known developer of other personal trainers. Approximately four years ago Jamie created his own personal training organization, Precision Fitness Stl, which continues within Precision Fitness& Spa. Jamie has a track record of excelling in the number of clients he not only acquires, but also retains, with a no-nonsense approach that serious-minded goal-oriented individuals appreciate.

Build-A-Body Kid's Fitness, Inc. aims to promote fitness, health, and wellness programs to financially deprived children that are declared obese, free of charge. After medical clearance from a pediatrician, the children receive instructions from registered dietitians and fitness trainers. We help kids take control of their health through varied exercises and nutritional classes. The exercises include lightweight resistance, cardiovascular, and strength training. In addition, information on proper nutrition is provided by a dietitian. We provide both individual and small group fitness classes in a professional studio, which has modifications specifically for kids. The services are free of charge, and they require a letter of medical necessity from the child's physician in order to be eligible for the program. Children wanting to take advantage of our services that do not have a medical need, but would like to utilize preventive measures, are charged a small fee. We are geared to take child fitness into the low-income market by offering our services to those with both physical and financial needs. Build-A-Body Kid's Fitness also provides after school health and fitness programs to elementary and middle schools throughout the metro area. This is known as our "Healthy Schools Program." Our operation is solely funded by grants and charitable donations which are tax deductible.
