Bringing their unique dining and drinking experience to today’s modern lounge denizen, Pi’s cocktails are created with craft spirits and served by a knowledgeable, “bartender-first,” staff. Their one-of-a-kind touches can be seen everywhere, from carrying the elusive James Oliver 100% American Rye Whiskey on tap, to their stand-out cocktail the “Bourbon Babe,” which is comprised of double chocolate bourbon, black pepper simple syrup, and plum bitters, then garnished with candied pork belly. The extensive beer list focuses on craft beers, even dedicating a tap line to rotating sours.
Pi’s food also gets the high-end treatment, with the kitchen focusing on traditional Neapolitan-style thin-crust pizzas served fresh from their classic, wood-burning oven they imported from Italy. The menu also features mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres like the Roasted Bone Marrow starter and Fresh Mozzarella Caprese Salad, shareable plates like a seasonal charcuterie and cheese board, as well as delightful and delicate desserts that include rotating Fruit Crostata selections. All ingredients are fresh, prepared in-house, and locally sourced whenever possible.
Pi’s architecture is also an essential component of its unique atmosphere, with its wonderful original features, most notably the wall of windows and sliding glass doors that separates the lounge-style dining room and bar from the open air seating of their “indoor patio” overlooking Clark Street.
