La Hacienda has been operating in Santa Cruz for over 10 years. Originally located in front of the Boardwalk, La Hacienda has come a long way from its early roots. The restaurant itself has now relocated to downtown Santa Cruz where it focuses more on everyday customers and less on beach tourists. The menu has seen a big change since the early days. When La Hacienda opened its door it only offered 3 items: Burritos, Tacos and Quesadillas. Now there are Tortas, Chimichangas, and a few dinner plates for those with a bigger appetite.
