Back by popular demand The Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World is hosting its Seventh Annual Food & Wine Classic. Join us for a day or the weekend to sample wines from around the world and savor culinary artistry from pastries to pasta. Held on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 5:30pm - 9:00pm, our Food & Wine Classic also offers ten educational seminars if you would like to impress friends with your knowledge of wines, cocktails, beer, pasta-making, cheese pairing or the fine art of sushi and sake. Most seminars begin at 4:30pm and last approximately one hour. Enjoy unlimited food and beverage samples with the purchase of a causeway event ticket. Packages are available for overnight guests, and tickets are available for purchase for individual events and seminars. There will be live entertainment on both nights...so eat, drink, mingle, learn, and cap off your evening watching the fireworks under the stars at our world famous resort! NEW IN 2016! Join us at Il Mulino New York Trattoria on Sunday, October 30 for our first ever Sunday Bubbles Brunch with J Vineyards and Winery. From 10am – 2pm, this lavish brunch will feature traditional and not-so-traditional items, including a variety of cured meats, imported cheeses, an array of sushi and trattoria inspired entrees. A la carte options prepared to order by our award-winning chefs will also be available. One glass of champagne or specialty mimosa will be included in the menu price, along with the option to upgrade to bottomless champagne and mimosas at the time of seating.
