I started my personal chef business back in 2004 and have been cooking for families in the Houston area for all of these years. These days my busy family life makes it hard to take on new clients, so I've started concentrating on a baking and preserving aspect of my business. As of September 2011 Texas law now allows for the sale of certain baked goods and preserves that are prepared in home kitchens. This business allows me to spend more time with my family while satisfying the sweet tooth of my friends and neighbors!
