The Leominster High School Theatre Company puts on four shows every year: the winter musical, the interclass plays, an entry into the METG High School Drama Festival, and the all-school play. These shows aren't possible without the support of friends, family, and show-goers. Leominster Center for Excellence is a small innovation high school in the Leominster Public Schools, and a Big Picture Learning School. We believe that students learn best when they engage in authentic, rigorous and important work, both in school and with adults in the community. In conjunction with their teacher-advisors and family members, each student designs an Individual Learning Plan focused on their interests and passions. These learning plans guide the academic expectations and personal growth goals for each student and serve to measure progress. Kristen and I have started a new business venture with my dad, Big Ed. For those of you who don't know, my dad is a former professional photographer. We're working on getting Big Ed back in the "photography game" by selling some of his amazing photographs for him--with his permission, of course.
