Both seated massage and table massage work are available by appointment. I provide practical bodywork for balance and flexibility, utilizing a number of techniques which give the client best results possible. Some of the techniques I employ are: observation and analysis, stretching, neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy. My analysis takes into consideration my client’s occupation and recreational activities to identify problem areas and provide best plan possible to reduce pain and help restore flexibility and balance.
