Paper Plane's mission is to bring thoughtfully imagined cocktails and food in a relaxed lively atmosphere. Our pursuit is simple in concept and technical in design. In creating the drinks for our program we draw inspiration from and pay homage to the old school and new school eras of cocktail culture. At Paper Plane we strive to preserve the craft of a well-made drink through thoughtful preparation and methodology.
