The futon couch folds out to a very comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress topper and the lounge chair also folds down to make room for a 5th sleeper. The dining room table seats 6 and the outdoor patio area seats 4. There is a very efficient lovely kitchen and a BBQ on the porch. The bathroom is small but fully functional with bath in case taking them is your kind of thing. The location could not be better for San Francisco. It's a 15-minute walk to downtown financial district and a 10-minute walk to Coit Tower. It's a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, and the same to Union Square. Chinatown is just 3 blocks away. The location could not have been any better! Keyless entrance to the property! Our neighbor, Dennis, is the "Mayor" of the Vallejo Steps. He and his dog, Abby, will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.
