We are a couple who fell in love with Thai food. Our journey began over fifteen (15) years ago as we joined the team at the most famous Thai restaurant located here in Orlando called "Siam Orchid." It is there that we met a couple of Thai chefs who are husband and wife. They are the legendary Thai food preparers and were an inspiration to both of us. From that moment, we dreamed of opening our own restaurant.
