Featuring tequilas aged between seven days to 250 years, this intimate restaurant concept transitions into a high-energy, late-night lounge boasts one of the largest collections of tequilas and agave spirits in the nation. Milkbox Ice Creamery opens July 12, 2014 in the newly renovated Union Station in Denver. Located in the former barbershop space adjacent to the Great Hall, Milkbox will stock sixteen flavors of ice cream from Little Man Ice Cream, available as shakes, malts, sundaes, cones and cups. One of the most perfectly preserved spaces in the historic building, this charming shop features the original large mirrors, terrazzo floor and subway tiles.

Mercantile is a European inspired Market and Restaurant. Open seven days a week, the gourmet "Old World" market serves early morning coffee and pastries along with a full menu of breakfast and lunch options. The airy restaurant is dinner only, featuring fresh Colorado ingredients and inspired techniques that tell the story of Chef Seidel’s culinary journey as owner of Denver’s award-winning Fruition Restaurant and founder of Fruition Farms, a 10-acre artisanal sheep dairy and creamery in Larkspur, Colorado. Mercantile’s market offers items such as pickled beets, fruit spreads like fig jam, croissants and cheeses and yogurts from Fruition Farms. In keeping with the era when rail travel was established, the market will offer many things that have been preserved in jars, including mini-meals such as oatmeal, sturgeon rillettes, duck confit, and bread pudding.
