He also holds a Certified Personal Training degree from NASM as well as NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement System). Carlos has been an avid soccer player for many years and is passionate about helping athletes perform at their peak. Carlos combines different exercises to help improve flexibility, speed, strength, agility and performance for his clients. As a VIPR (Vitality Performance Reconditioning) specialist he comprehends how to bridge the gap between movement and strength training. He is certified as a Power Plate Specialist, TRX Specialist, and Kettle Bell Specialist. As a husband and father, Carlos understands the difficulties of balancing work, family and fitness therefore he personalizes each workout specifically to maximize results. Carlos’s passion is to help people create a healthy and balanced lifestyle through educating clients on the importance of nutrition and exercise. He strives to give his clients the knowledge to understand the significance of nutrition for performance. Carlos enjoys working with people of all ages, from younger athletes to new mothers who need support through their fitness journey to seniors who are looking to stay strong and healthy. He believes that commitment and hard work can help clients transform their bodies and over all health.
