Spicy Camel Trading Company was created out of our need for unique, flavorful spice blends that did not contain salt or sugar. For almost 10 years as local, Vegas chefs, we were having a difficult time satisfying our client’s tastes with the available spice blends at the local markets and began mixing some of our favorites and sharing them with family and friends. When people started calling in and placing orders, the idea of a business came to light. The insatiable hunger for good eats and endless curiosity led us to establish Spicy Camel Trading Company in February 2014. The intention is to let our hunger fuel our creativity in the kitchen.
So, we begin our long culinary journey with a range of spice blends influenced by flavors that we enjoy and with names that make us chuckle (Domo Nori-gato, Siam What’s I Am, Korma Karma, Hello ‘Peno), a variety of pancake mixes, gluten free flour and baked goods including a range of seasonal biscotti and specialty products (Candied Jalapeno Jerky, Vidalia Onion-Peach Chutney, Mango-Mustard Sauce, pickled vegetables and more).
