Circle of Light Associates was founded on July 23, 1991 by Reverend Jeff Johnson Jr. and a group of concerned Christians who saw a need to strengthen and increase the quality of life in neighborhoods. Their main mission was to help people in need. With each member contributing five dollars in dues each month, various programs, events and job seeking resources opened the doors for many families in the Saint Louis Metropolitan community
