The classic Belgian brasserie meets California sensibility at Belga. Inspired by mainstays of Belgian cuisine (equal parts Belgian, French, and German ingredients and dishes), Belga’s menu encompasses the variety of ingredients and staple dishes found from along the Belgian countryside to its seashore; Our interpretation of the Belgian brasserie means beer and cuisine are intertwined on the menu, yielding a collection of lighter fare and a sampling of heartier, comforting dishes (think wood-fired sausages, moules-frites, and beer-infused broths—all designed to be shared). In keeping with Belgian tradition, while incorporating Northern California's practice of local sourcing and working with the freshest of ingredients, a diverse selection of cheese and charcuterie, showcasing both Belgian favorites and California styles, are some of the many highlights found on Belga’s menu.
