Breakfast at Blu Jam Café is a high-flying affair, with a dizzying array of both global and home-style favorites. The Crunchy French Toast, served with fresh fruit and a vanilla-bean dipping sauce, tops the list of iconic Blu Jam dishes as a notorious crowd pleaser, while the classic Mazatlan Shrimp Scramble, made with eggs scrambled with fresh sautéed shrimp, onions, roasted red bell peppers, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, and mozzarella, topped with sour cream and fresh chives, never fails to hit the spot. Blu Jam Café also serves up a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options. For those feeling particularly nostalgic, no visit is complete without the house- made Fresh Blueberry Pancakes. Shin Ramen will continue to feature the delicious authentic Japanese recipes developed by Takashi Adachi. The company itself is committed to excellence of service with the same wonderful staff and new expanded hours to better serve the public. Owner Timothy Ratcliff fell in love with Ramen and Gyoza as a teenager living in Japan for several years. In addition to staying true to the original Ikemen menu, he will be adding Traditional Pork Gyoza as a side to our Ramen dishes. Tim is happy to have the opportunity to carry on the legacy of Ikemen recipes which he first tried and loved two years ago.
