My T-shirts are all individually hand painted by me (Jordy Williams) on extremely comfy and fitted shirts. The designs: My designs are mostly colorful and vibrant images that represent some sort of feeling. My designs try to capture that inexplicable magic that some things in this world have. They are left largely up to interpretation, and never have to be any deeper than a bottle cap. The process: I use acrylic paint, generally watered down for smoothness. The shirts: Currently they are painted on Spiritex Gnu-Skool organic cotton Tees. They are made locally and are fitted and preshrunk. I will be experimenting with various tshirts such as bamboo, and other organic cotton shirts. Prices: All Tees are $30, including custom orders of existing styles. Shipping and tax applicable. The location: I set up most days at the Portico Market on the south face of The Grove Arcade in Downtown Asheville. It is a wonderful market for artists and I highly recommend it as a destination in Asheville.
