Erbert & Gerbert’s is a sandwich shop dedicated to serving better, more flavorful sandwiches than anyone else in the universe. We started 20-some years ago in the fine, fine town of Eau Claire, WI, and have since grown to 50 sandwich shops spanning the globe — or at least the United States. You might notice a unique language in the Erbert & Gerbert’s world — sandwiches with names like Narmer, Bornk, and Girf, and an obsession with the idea of Flavornation. What’s that all about? Nestled in the heart of Green Bay's downtown district, just steps away from the Fox River and Green Bay's City Deck, Fox Heights is located in an award winning historic building featuring a full service kitchen and two full service bars. Open for lunch and dinner, with a menu featuring sandwiches, salads, wraps, pizzas, and homemade soups, as well as daily features. If food is not what you are looking for, be sure to check out our large selection of beers on tap, not only poured at the correct temperature, but in the correct glassware for each beer. Fox Heights also features two different spaces that may be reserved for larger groups, the third floor seats 10, perfect for a luncheon or business meeting. The Creamery is a unique and alternative Café/Bistro. We have an ever evolving menu to fulfill anyone's breakfast and lunch needs. Our coffee selection is from local roaster Terra Verde. Now offering dinner selections as well on evenings Tuesday through Saturday.

Located on the second floor of the historic downtown Bellin Building, The Terrace Room is a fantastic eatery which is open daily for lunch. The Terrace Room can seat 80 people, with beautiful views of the Fox River, City Deck, and the downtown area.

In essence, Hinterland is a craft brewery hell bent on perfection and a couple of restaurants delivering a wild harvest to your plate.
