Mondo Burger sports an exciting menu! Hand-formed patties created by our "food artist" ben, contain a special mix of secret ingredients and are skillet-cooked and drained as-you-order at the truck. We NEVER press our burgers! Our signature Worcestershire Patty is a smoky, juicy burger that is complimented with ben's home-made sauces, relishes and garnishes. ben began cooking burgers in fast food years ago, and has made it all the way up to 4-star restaurants where he has learned the secrets of the gourmet world. His ambition can only be matched by his awesome Southern-Style hamburgers. ben is also an artist in the traditional sense, and often features his work at the truck.
