Barbara Barrington Jones has spent the last 30 years working with teenage girls and has directed camps for the past 12 years. She is the author of two books for teenage girls and the co-author of a book for parents written about teenagers. She travels worldwide as a professional speaker with the National Speakers Association. As the former director and administrator of two Barbizon Schools of Fashion Merchandising and Modeling, Barbara received teaching and administration certification from the Texas Education Agency. She is an international image consultant, fashion designer, model and former professional ballet dancer.

Originally hosted by BYU-Hawaii, and held on their campus for 15 years, "A New You" is now held at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. This program has, since its inception, always upheld the standards and values of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

American Fork Canyon Alliance is a non-profit Utah Corporation, and has filed for 501c3 status with the IRS. We have purchased a small parcel of land and are in turn offering to sell ownership as joint tenants in common to members of Protect and Preserve American Fork Canyon. This will allow thousands of those who love American Fork Canyon ownership in the CE1 zone, adjoining parcels owned by Snowbird Ski Resort. This parcel is the last parcel that was not owned by Snowbird and it is located in a majestic spot.
