Likewise, I consider essential integrity and commitment to personal and professional growth; and as the basis of this structure, the passion that empowers in everything I do. I believe I have a realistic and pragmatic vision, as a consequence of my story of hardships, in the struggle of a Brazilian immigrant in the United States. When I came to this country, I only had $1,070.00 and the responsibility to try the best for my family. Even aware of my situation of discomfort, I always based my hope in the Bible verse from Jeremiah 33:3, where it says: "Call to ME and I will answer and announce to you great and mighty things which you know not." Knowing the crucial importance that the family plays in the life of a man, I always believed the motto: "behind every great man, there is a great woman." My wife, Moana Schiavo, has been a great partner, my fundamental ally in this great journey. DIFFICULTIES AND LEARNING I went through several crises throughout that time. The difficulties when starting almost from scratch are immense. But it is essential to have faith to take hold of the certainty that there is a God who holds your right hand, who helps you walk the stony paths with the care of a parent. Perseverance is the secret of all of those who are able to travel these paths successfully. You need to combine work and common sense to pierce through the darkest crises and thus grow back at an even faster pace than before. I have always-valued academics and the improvement acquired though taking courses, but above all I trust in the experiences of life as the greatest teachers. Knowledge can be bought, but can never be compared to the knowledge acquired by experience. In this spirit of perseverance and the mix of knowledge and achievements, I am launching the Real Estate Fund JH333 Real Estate Fund, LLC. ABOUT THE FUND AND OUR EXPERIENCE In the United States we have extensive experience in various areas related to real estate, from the construction sector to bank foreclosures. That is what I call a "lived knowledge". It is more than eight years of experience in a number of real estate procedures: - Buying and selling of real estate; - Flip business; - Real Estate Financing; - Forecloses sales and trustee sales and buying; - Analysis of promissory notes; - Knowledge of liens priorities for acquisition of property; - Property evaluation (crucial in fast decisions on highly profitable acquisitions) and appraiser; - Securing of real estate; - Actions of post real estate acquisitions evictions; - acknowledgment improvement and renovation to relate the property to the neighborhood In the financing company that we had, was where we started in real estate, specifically in the financing part of it. Today we no longer have said company, which was a school for my wife and me. At the time, we come to represent more than 130 banks, grossing over $100 million in the first two and a half years of activity. The personal experience we have gained through some companies that we had and partner companies, assured us s know-how, gained through 200 real estate purchases transactions in judicial courthouses and more than 1,000 real estate transactions.
