The Chrysler Building is an Art Deco-style skyscraper located on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, at the intersection of 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue in the Turtle Bay neighborhood. At 1,046ft, the structure was the world's tallest building for 11 months before it was surpassed by the Empire State Building in 1931.It is the tallest brick building in the world, albeit with a steel frame. After the destruction of the World Trade Center, it was again the second-tallest building in New York City until December 2007, when the spire was raised on the 1,200-foot (365.8 m) Bank of America Tower, pushing the Chrysler Building into third position. In addition, The New York Times Building, which opened in 2007, is exactly level with the Chrysler Building in height. Both buildings were then pushed into fourth position, when the under-construction One World Trade Center surpassed their height, and then to fifth position by 432 Park Avenue which was completed in 2015.

Nintendo New York is the flagship specialty store of video game corporation Nintendo. Located in New York City at Rockefeller Center at 10 Rockefeller Plaza, the two-story, 10000sqft store opened on May 14, 2005.The store sells a wide variety of Nintendo video games and merchandise, including apparel, hardware, and accessories that are exclusive to the store, such as Japanese Mario character plushies, and special guides to games, such as GoldenEye 007 and Super Mario Galaxy. The store includes Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Pokémon sections. On the second level of the store, there are kiosks with various Wii U games running, allowing anyone to play. In addition, there are Nintendo 3DS stations available for use and play.Nintendo New York regularly holds tournaments and shows for new games, giving early releases and prizes to winners. In addition, they've held screenings for multiple official Nintendo broadcasts, most commonly Nintendo's annual main E3 presentation. This was first done for the Wii's debut at E3 2006, and since E3 2010 a screening event has been held at the store every single year, except for E3 2016.

Located just south of Times Square, 1440 Broadway is conveniently located to numerous modes of transportation, offering subway access directly adjacent to the building’s entrance. The end-core brick and masonry structure was built in 1925, and in 2001 underwent renovations in excess of $14 million under architects Moed de Armas & Shannon. 1440 Broadway is 100% occupied. BUILDING AMENITIES Building improvements include hi-tech video boards in the lobby walkway, state-of-the-art security systems with automatic digital card scanner turnstiles, and new steel and fitted glass elevator cabs. The Broadway entry features a three bay flush-glass storefront and limestone piers with aluminum canopies. In the main building lobby, the ceiling has been raised to 18 feet. The walls and flooring are Tassos white marble and the elevator core is a deep red Rosso Collemadia marble. The final touch on the lobby renovations is the recent addition of a 15 foot, Mariko Mori work of art. The 1440 Broadway refrigeration plant consists of a 480-ton Trane electric centrifugal chiller, a 500-ton York direct fired absorption chiller, and three 500-ton Evapco cooling towers. The building is also serviced by tenant-controlled, air cooled package units. TENANT PROFILES 1440 Broadway is 100% Leased. 101 Park Avenue is a 629ft tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was completed in 1979 to 1982 and has 49 floors. Eli Attia Architects designed the building, which is the 64th tallest in New York.It was used as the facade of the fictional "Pemrose building" in the 1987 film The Secret of My Success, as well as the fictional "Clamp Tower" in the 1990 film Gremlins 2: The New Batch. The building features in the 1991 Jeff Bridges film The Fisher King, and is shown as the site of George Costanza's office in a few ninth season episodes of Seinfeld, as well as Dudley Moore's character's office in the film Crazy People. In 2007 it was listed as number 46 on the list of tallest buildings in New York City.HistoryThe Uris Building, designed by Emery Roth and Sons, was built in 1970 on the site of the former Capitol Theatre movie palace. It was developed by the Uris brothers, who, at the time, claimed to be the largest private real estate developers in New York City. Building the tower demonstrated a confidence in the Times Square neighborhood, which was then in decline and dominated by sex-related businesses.The 204m tower that occupies most of the block west of Broadway between West 51st and West 50th Streets has interior space of 208,200m2.It was originally called the Uris Building for the developers, and the associated Uris Theatre (later renamed the Gershwin Theatre) is one of the largest Broadway houses. A smaller theatre operated by the non-profit Circle in the Square company is also in the space.After the death of his brother, Harold Uris sold Uris Building Corp, including this building, to the National Kinney Corporation which in 1974 faced with 30 percent vacancy rates took the building into bankruptcy before it was taken over by the Paramount Investment Group.Paramount renamed the building. Portions of The King of Comedy and Silent Movie were shot there. The Uris Theatre was eventually renamed the Gershwin. The southern of the two sunken plazas on Broadway has a gymnasium and an entrance to the 50th Street subway station of the New York City Subway. Between November 1998 and January 2012, the northern one housed Mars 2112, a theme restaurant that catered to tourists.

According to New York legend, the original impetus for starting the Diamond Dealers Club came after a stone was dropped and apparently lost, when two diamond dealers were examining it on the street. Later that evening, when one of those merchants was hanging up his trousers at home, the missing diamond stone fell from a pants cuff. At that point, it is told, he concluded that American diamond dealers should follow the initiative of their European colleagues and organize a secure facility in which to conduct business. The year was 1931, and the U.S. economy was mired in the Great Depression. But, despite the unfavorable conditions, a group of intrepid diamond dealers gathered together in an office in lower Manhattan, where at the time New York’s diamond business was centered. By the meeting’s end, a formal decision had been made to incorporate the Diamond Dealers Club.
