The Villa is a 4/2 house with Italian Furniture, and a new kitchen. It has a large pool, patio tables, BBQ gas grill, shaded by beautiful trees, plants and flowers, within it's large backyard. Gorgeous and exclusive areas in Miami. The total living area of the house is 2190 sq-ft, furnished with beautiful, comfortable, great Italian furniture and beds. Including, 5 flat screen TV's. The Kitchen contains modern appliances, cookware, kitchenware and more, such as, washer and dryer. The lot is 32100 sq-ft, equivalent to half the size of a football field. Besides, the land is filled with beautiful trees, plants and flowers around. Other features of the house includes a large and private, pool, patio and three parking spaces. The neighborhood Pinecrest is a gorgeous neighborhood full of wonderful villas, houses and mansions, crowded with trees, plants and flowers. Pinecrest has a variety of malls, supermarkets, stores, parks, and great restaurants to choose from. Pinecrest is next to the South Bay of Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, The Grove, Coco Plum and other exclusive areas of Miami in which you find the most beautiful prestigious, exclusive, flavorful bars and restaurants. Furthermore, Pinecrest has some of the highest ranked public and private school in the country. Most people in the area are nice and courteous. And, the average household income in Pinecrest is around $200,000. During the day Miami is a gorgeous city because of its culture and landscape, such as, lakes, canals, bays, green areas and landscapes. No events or parties. The pool is cleaned once a week, and the garden is trimmed once every two weeks. Recycling days are biweekly on Tuesdays, and trash pickups take place on Tuesdays and Fridays mornings. Do not destroy, burn, soak, tear, missuse or damage any furniture, including but not limited to beds, closets, doors, kitchenware, glassware, appliances, TVs, bathrooms, walls, floors, etc. The safety net around the pool must can be removed by the guests, however they must also be put back by the guest. We suggest guests remove only one side of the netting of the pool. If the safety net is removed and not placed back a $20 charge will be made to your deposit.
