What we do is really quite simple. We find the good things that the world makes available and we, in turn, make them available to you. We welcome you into a place of comfort, charm and style and we look after you with genuine hospitality. It’s a simple recipe, really, and one that brings smiles to faces. It’s a recipe whose ingredients are curiosity, appreciation, generosity and style. In stirring these wonderful things together every day we find something we look forward to sharing with you. Please also join us for dinner at Pomme Restaurant in downtown Clayton, open Tuesday through Saturday. For a more casual option, consider Pomme Café & Wine Bar, just two doors north, where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday and brunch on weekends.
Our name says it all. We are red-blooded Americans serving authentic modern Mexican food with a twist. We are a handmade taco, small batch craft beer and tequila restaurant in an environment best described as a re-imagined mid-century Baja surf lodge.
The “T-Room” has retained the look and feel of those oh so elegant restaurants of a bygone era – plush and comfortable without being “clubby”. The dining rooms (two down and one up a short flight of stairs) say: “…come and stay a while…”. And why not? With food this good it’s not hard to stay and eat your heart out.” Become a Fan of the Tenderloin Room and get updates on entertainment and specials! Our classic Pepperloin a la Tenderloin is seared to mouthwatering perfection with our famous sauce. For the adventurous diner with a large appetite we proudly present our Cowboy Ribeye, sure to satisfy like no other. Remember, steak remains the specialty, but entrees such as rack of lamb, stuffed filet, and veal chops offer spectacular alternatives to the signature beef.

Located in the historic Chase Park Plaza anchored in the vibrant Central West End, the venue combines cozy/chic design elements with urban vintage charm, all in a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere. The Preston was designed to offer a vibrant, compelling dining experience by catering to the epicurean in all of us. Every aspect of The Preston has been carefully examined and designed to bring that ambition to life. Executive Chef Kyle Lipetzky, Executive Sous Chef Bryan Byard, Chef de Cuisine Collin Smelser, Sous Chef Theron Pajares, and their team of culinary artists channeled their voluminous expertise into an eclectic menu offering, creating their own version of Contemporary American cuisine. The pricing and portions are designed to encourage the guests to order multiple dishes, providing an opportunity to share. In the spirit of a contemporary American restaurant, acclaimed cocktail savants and beverage directors Sasha Alms and Joshua Johnson have designed a beverage program that offers classic & signature crafted cocktails, along with a curated wine list and an intriguing beer selection. The Preston has a special combination of offerings that will surely make your night out one to remember.
