My name is Melanie, and I have loved animals ever since I can remember. I have grown up with animals and cared for them for many years. I have experience with various breeds and many types of animals: from the smallest baby sea turtles, to the largest Asian elephants, no animal is too much of a challenge for me. I taught high school English for years, so I know a thing or two about wrangling the wild. I have volunteered all over the world, and here at home, with many organizations that help animals. From Costa Rica to Thailand, and right back here in the Bay, helping animals has brought me more happiness than words can explain! I am available for a variety of services (including elephant walking) in San Francisco and Daly City. Rates: Dog walking: • $20 per hour. $35 for one more dog from the same household, only $15 per additional dog from the same household. • Full day excursion – I pick up your dog when you head out to work and drop him/her off when you get home only $50! And $35 per dog for any more than one from the same household. • Pet Sitting: $50 per day for dogs and cats and if I am staying over at the house. Simple check-in for other pets is only $20. • Medicine administration and Senior pet care depends on the situation, medicine administered, and hours needed with senior pets. We can discuss that when you call!

Our goal is to provide the best care possible for your pet - dogs, cats, chinchillas, rats, and even donkeys! We are licensed and bonded and are members of the Professional United Pet Sitters Association, and we are PetTech trained in animal first aid and CPR. We NEVER walk more than 3 dogs at one time, and never take them off leash outside of a fenced in area.
