Originating from Mongol horsemen warriors from over 1,000 years ago, hot pot was born. These vagabonds, in an effort to conserve energy, upturned their water filled helmets over an open flame and sliced meats and vegetables so thinly they would cook quickly. After spreading throughout the Far East, the Western World was introduced to this yummy, fun, and healthy cuisine. Taking a twist on a classic, Rolling Boil will be offering up a wide variety of soup broths, from vegetarian to crazy spiced up concoctions, and a multitude of dipping sauces. Like it spicy? Ask for our Ghost Pepper extract drops! Too spicy? Cool yourself down with Asian craft beer and Whiskey. Do you want delicious food that is piping hot with every bite? Do you want to be a chef without any of the hard work? Pick your garden fresh vegetables, sliced to order meat, and start swishing away at Rolling Boil!
Established in 2014 as one of the inaugural businesses within the newly renovated Anaheim Packing House, The Hammer Workshop & Bar is a wholly original type of watering hole. We specialize in serving both original and classic handcrafted cocktails of the highest quality while providing a fun, interactive atmosphere that pays homage to our agricultural heritage. On top of our unique selection of mixed drinks we also have a collection of over a hundred spirits, including hard-to-find, top-shelf award-winning brands. Our rotating draft beer selection emphasizes local craft breweries and we also serve craft beer by the can and wine by the glass. True to our farmer's market roots, all of our drinks are made using only the freshest natural ingredients. We hand-squeeze fresh fruit on site for all of our juices, and we make all of our own syrups. Even our soda mixers are fructose free: we use only bottled sodas made with real cane sugar. We offer the full dining experience as well. Chef April Ventura's unique spin on traditional pub food pairs perfectly with our variety of beverages, and we also have locally packaged sweet and savory snacks for sale right at the bar. The services don't stop at food and drinks either: we also have a collection of American-made vintage collectables for sale. The Anaheim Packing House is unique in all of Southern California in that it allows patrons to peruse the entire building as well as our outdoor patio with their beer and/or wine. We invite you to ask for either 'to go' if you'd like to enjoy your beverage while checking out what our neighbors have to offer. Conversely, if you'd like to try food from one of the other restaurants in the building while sipping on one of our drinks, you are more than welcome to bring food from elsewhere into our bar. The Hammer Workshop & Bar is specially designed to be welcoming of one and all, while providing a range of options for your dining and leisure experience. Open seating for those 21 & over, Sunday -Thursday: 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm & Friday - Saturday: 12:00 pm - 12:00 am. We hope to see you soon!
