A third location in Carmel, Indiana will open late summer 2015. BRU features gourmet chef burgers as well as veggie, turkey, lamb, and ahi tuna varieties. The Eagle, Food and Beer Hall is a restaurant and bar that celebrates straightforward, American fare; 100 different beers; and the sounds of blues music. Most prominently, we serve antibiotic free, all natural, fried chicken. Bar snacks, delicious salads, and a few sandwiches are also available. Approximately 100 beers ranging from stouts, lambics, porters, lagers and ales are offered. A 16-head tap pours local craft and other domestic brews. As with the design, the owner Bill Pritt also wanted an even greater focus on food and drink quality which had contributed to his previous success in the food and beverage industry. FortyFive Degrees quickly became an anchor on Mass Ave and one of Indy’s most popular destinations resulting in consistent sales growth since its opening. Bill Pritt continues to find was to improve the business by updating food menus, increasing liquor, wine, and beer selections, expanding the hours of operation, and adding new DJ’s to the entertainment line up.
