Dogfish Head's geographically-inspired seafood restaurant. Our chefs source seafood from the Chesapeake region and Maine. The restaurant is located next door to Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Chesapeake & Maine’s inviting and casual maritime themed space features porthole windows and oyster shell chandeliers. The menu consists of sustainably sourced seafood directly from Maine and the Chesapeake Bay with a unique take on classic New England dishes such as Maine lobster Bolognese and a seafood charcuterie. Chesapeake & Maine also spotlights Dogfish’s scratch-made spirits line with a draft-cocktail menu that accents the Whole Leaf Gin, Compelling Gin and Analog Vodka. “We’re excited to combine our love for our two favorite maritime regions in the world into one restaurant concept.” Calagione says. “We have had a blast drinking many beers and eating many oysters with the fisherman from both regions with whom we will be working closely at Chesapeake & Maine.” Chesapeake & Maine is located at 316 Rehoboth Ave. in downtown Rehoboth Beach next door to Dogfish’s original brewpub. Dinner seating from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m., happy hour daily and Saturday brunch from 10am-3pm.
