Jeffrey Stein has been a leading New York City colorist for nearly three decades and ran a successful salon on the Upper Westside. After some wonderful years on the UWS Jeffrey fulfilled his life long dream and moved his salon to Madison Avenue. When he apprehensively left the UWS in the 1980’s he knew someday he wanted to open another salon in that wonderful neighborhood. With that thought, the first Jeffrey Stein Salon was opened in December of 1993. Jeffrey wanted to open a neighborhood salon with reasonable prices yet provide some of the pampering and fine service given to his clients on Madison Avenue. This was going to be a place where people could get amazing haircuts and color at a fraction of the cost charged at upscale salons. If his new venture could provide great work, a clean and friendly environment, excellent client service with no pretense or attitude Jeffrey knew they would become successful. Seventeen years later his vision is still going strong. There are currently 4 Jeffrey Stein Salons located throughout Manhattan. Each one still provides excellent services at reasonable prices in clean and comfortable spaces.
