toshi's Living Room is the place to come because you've heard about us from a friend. No hype. No famous or pseudo famous celebrity chef, who's never around. Just good honest traditional comfort food, good cheer and great shows. toshi's Living Room is a place that's warm and friendly that comes from a real place, a place like home...toshi's home. In fact, Ponzu, our door Morkie, senses niceness and barks at meanies. We have a no meanies door policy and Ponzu's very strict. Located at the "crossroads of the universe", the corner 26th and broadway in Manhattan, the stage at toshi's Living Room is where music acts and musicals are created through a hybrid of top music, playwright, composer, and choreography students from all over the world performing side by side with seasoned professionals. This fusion of fresh young talent paired with experienced pros, produces an excitement, a magic we call toshi's Living Room. We offer you the unique opportunity to showcase your talent in front of a crowded audience at the exclusive Flatiron Hotel. Do you have what it takes to entertain and have fun at the same time? Whether you’re the neatest of whiskey drinkers, or you just want a nice Mint Julep in a beautiful space, join us at the Flatiron Room. We’re a fine spirits parlor with a particular penchant for fine whiskey. We love the stuff. Maybe a little too much… Come share in our love and passion. Nightly entertainment, pleasing light fare, and a unique bottle keep service. It works like this: You purchase your favorite bottle and enjoy as much as you’d like at your table. When you’ve had enough, we’ll tag it with your name and store it safely in our Bottle Keep. If you’re looking for some sophistication with a little edge, we’d love to share a dram or two with you.
Welcome to Raymi, a modern Peruvian restaurant as dynamic as the country it celebrates. Raymi captures the multicultural spirit of Peru, blending the Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and native influences that embody the country’s vibrant cuisine. The flavors are once familiar, adventurous, unexpected. A stylish take on traditional Peruvian cocktails and cuisine, Raymi is the vision of Chef-Owners Richard Sandoval and Jaime Pesaque, longtime innovators and champions of elevated Latin American dining. In the kitchen, Peruvian native Chef Erik Ramirez, executes and innovates the culinary vision every day. Also born in Peru, Beverage Director Piero Rodriguez represents the team behind the Pisco Bar. The Raymi experience revolves around a central Ceviche Bar, offering fresh seafood spiked with indigenous spices and ingredients. Add to that a Pisco Bar, pouring select labels alongside 30 house-infused varieties of the fiery liqueur. A selection of small and large plates showcases the Peruvian palate while encouraging guests to share and linger in the sensual Latin setting. Salud y buen provecho.

23rd Street is a broad thoroughfare in the New York City borough of Manhattan, one of the major two-way, east-west streets in the borough's grid. As with Manhattan's other "crosstown" streets, it is divided at Fifth Avenue, in this case at Madison Square Park, into its east and west sections. Since 1999 the area north of 23rd Street around the park has been referred to as Nomad. The street formerly ran from the East River to the Hudson River, but now terminates at 11th Avenue.HistoryThe street was designated by the Commissioners' Plan of 1811 that established the Manhattan street grid as one of 15 east-west streets that would be in width (while other streets were designated as in width).West 23rd StreetWest 23rd carves through the heart of Chelsea. For much of the late 19th century and early 20th century its western end was site of the Pavonia Ferry at Pier 63, just north of the Chelsea Piers. London Terrace is slight farther inland. In the late 19th century, the western part of 23rd Street was to American theater what Broadway is today, with the Opera House Palace and Pike's Opera House one block away and Proctor's Theater ("continuous daily vaudeville") across the street from the Hotel Chelsea. 23rd Street remained New York's main theater strip until The Empire opened on Broadway some twenty blocks uptown, ushering in a new era of theater.
