Saturday Night Live-The Exhibition takes you behind the scenes to experience a week in the life of the cast and crew of the late night comedy sensation and pop cultural phenomenon that has re-branded and transformed American television. Become immersed in the process, getting an insider’s look at the show's fast paced and compressed weekly schedule. Meet SNL's key players, past and present, and interact with sets, props, and costumes in a way only the cast has for the last 40 years.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) Is a professional non-profit service organization dedicated to the advancement of the arts and sciences of television and the promotion of creative leadership for artistic, educational and technical achievements within the television industry. It recognizes excellence in television with the coveted Emmy Award for News & Documentary, Sports, Daytime Entertainment, Daytime Creative Arts & Entertainment, Public & Community Service, and Technology & Engineering. Regional Emmy Awards are given by our 19 affiliated chapters that reach across the entire country. NATAS also presents the Global Media Awards which recognize excellence in the world-wide intersection of digital entertainment and technology. Excellence in Primetime Television is recognized by our sister organization, The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (ATAS). In addition to awards, NATAS has extensive educational programs including Regional Student Television Awards for Excellence for outstanding journalistic work by high school students, as well as scholarship, publications and major activities for both industry professionals and the viewing public.

In 1956 commercial director Bob Barron met radio actor and announcer Dwight Weist. TV was a new invention and commercials were just in their infancy. It seems incredible now, but at the time it was almost impossible to find good actors willing to perform in the unfamiliar industry of On-Camera Commercials. Bob and Dwight were inspired with the idea of teaching newcomers to read copy and feel comfortable in front of the camera. They created a step-by-step technique, teaching new actors the fundamentals of Commercial Speech, On-Camera Performance, and most importantly, how to project their individual personality. The course was an immediate success and the school grew to become one of the most respected in all areas of on-camera training. Now a half-century later Weist-Barron is proud to have launched the careers of scores of actors who are working successfully in film, television, theatre and of course, commercials. WB is currently under the direction of Casting Director Valerie Adami, who was lucky to be trained by Bob and Dwight. She is honored to continue the tradition they created, and to serve the acting community, giving new talent the chance to enrich their dreams.

Stuart Parr Collection is proud to present rare motorcycles and street bikes from its collection designed by engineering powerhouses such as Ducati, MV Agusta, Laverda and Magni. The twenty-six motorcycles in the exhibit are presented to the public for the first time, and according to Stuart Parr “these bikes represent an era when the greatest design and engineering talent took Italian motorcycles from the race track to the road”. During the 1970s, racing embedded the fabric of Italian culture, and the finest motorcycles of this era evolved from this racing heritage. The Stuart Parr Collection centers on some of the most significant classic Italian motorcycles of this era, in particular the MV Agusta four-cylinder. Few production motorcycles enjoy the legacy of the MV Agusta four, which has an engine virtually identical to those racing bikes who won 13 World Manufacturers’ Championships and took victories in 91 Grands Prix. The MV Agusta four’s legacy is unparalleled. The bikes on display are hand-built and forged by artisans, representing a bygone era of motorcycle design and limited production runs. The beauty in these motorcycles is in the myriad of details, wonderful aluminum castings and bespoke design. No two bikes are alike.

We began working together in Portland Maine in 2011. Today, a number of our original members have reunited in New York, after working at companies such as the Manhattan Theatre Club, the Williamstown Theatre Festival, American Conservatory Theatre, the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, the California Shakespeare Theatre, and Portland Stage Company. Our intention remains to create new theatre.

Set in New York in 1982, THIS IS OUR YOUTH follows forty-eight hours in the lives of three very lost young souls: Warren (played by Michael Cera), a dejected nineteen year old who has just stolen $15,000 from his abusive, tycoon father; Dennis (Kieran Culkin), his charismatic drug-dealing friend who helps Warren put the stolen money to good use; and Jessica (Tavi Gevinson), the anxiously insightful young woman who Warren yearns for. Funny, painful and compassionate, THIS IS OUR YOUTH is a living snapshot of the moment when many young people go out into the world on their own—far more sophisticated than their parents realize, and far less effectual than they themselves can possibly imagine.
