Ruchi Means “Taste” Sanskrit literature, from which Ruchi originates, defines the six tastes of life to be sweet, salt, sour, chilli hot, bitter, and tart. These tastes are referred to collectively as Shadruchi, or six tastes, and exemplify the myriad flavors of Indian Cuisine. The tastes of Ruchi are a collection of simple home-style flavors primarily from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in the south of India. Our recipes have been carefully passed from generation to generation, with each new set of hands intent on preserving the spirit and integrity of the original recipes. We prepare all our meals from scratch daily, using only fresh-from-the-market ingredients. That is our promise to you. . Please enjoy our creations, and feel free to give us feedback
